Our Process

This isn’t a self-guided app you disappear into, and this is not high-pressure 1:1 coaching. Our program is a structured, coaching-based wellness container designed to support real life, real bodies, and real schedules.

This page walks you through exactly how Whipped works, what support looks like inside the container, and what’s expected of you as a member — so you can decide if this is the right fit.

Whipped is built differently, on purpose.

    • Reset – All-levels program (home or gym) to rebuild consistency and momentum

    • Evolve – Advanced gym training for recomposition + strength progression

    Each program is thoughtfully periodized to support long-term results, not burnout.

  • You’ll start with a detailed intake form so we understand your goals, lifestyle, training background, and where you’re at right now.

    • From there, support continues through intentional check-ins:

      • A follow-up at the 6-week mark

      • Ongoing check-ins every 3 months after that

      • This structure gives you guidance, accountability, and reflection points as you progress — without daily pressure or constant 1:1 monitoring.

    • Weekly “office hours” drop-in video calls to chat with Jace

    • Space for questions, guidance, mindset support, and real-time feedback

    • Progressive strength-based programming

    • Clear exercise demos + form cues

    • Programs designed for body recomposition, strength, balance, and confidence

    • Coaching folders with how-tos and tips on all-things fitness

  • You’ll start with a detailed intake form so we understand your goals, lifestyle, training background, and where you’re at right now.

    • From there, support continues through intentional check-ins:

      • A follow-up at the 6-week mark

      • Ongoing check-ins every 3 months after that

  • You’ll have access to a complete 10-module mindset coaching curriculum, designed to help you build self-trust, consistency, emotional resilience, and confidence from the inside out. Each module includes guided exercises and workbooks that help you apply the work to your real life, not just read about it.

We open client intake once per month for a limited time.

This structure allows us to fully support each woman who joins and maintain the level of care and attention we’re known for.

When intake is open, you’ll be able to choose your program, complete your onboarding, and begin your Whipped Wellness journey right away!

If intake is currently closed, you can join the waitlist to be the first to know when doors reopen.
