This isn’t a self-guided app you disappear into, and this is not high-pressure 1:1 coaching. Our program is a structured, coaching-based wellness container designed to support real life, real bodies, and real schedules.

We open client intake once per month for a limited time.
This structure allows us to fully support each woman who joins and maintain the level of care and attention we’re known for.
When intake is open, you’ll be able to choose your program, complete your onboarding, and begin your Whipped Wellness journey right away!
If intake is currently closed, you can join the waitlist to be the first to know when doors reopen.
