We eat carbs, move our bodies with intention, set boundaries, and take our lives seriously — without taking ourselves too seriously.

For years, I lived in an all-or-nothing cycle, either fully “on track” or completely checked out. I thought discipline alone was the answer, but the truth was… I didn’t need more rules. I needed a better relationship with myself.
When I finally slowed down and started paying attention to my habits, my beliefs, and the way I spoke to myself, everything shifted. My progress stopped feeling like punishment. My body stopped feeling like a project. And my results finally became sustainable.
That’s what I teach now.
I blend fitness, nutrition, and identity-level mindset work to help women build confidence, strengthen their bodies, and create a lifestyle they can actually maintain. My coaching is grounded in balance, self-trust, and helping women step out of the perfectionism that keeps them stuck.
I’m here to show women that wellness doesn’t require extremes; it requires alignment. When you understand why you operate the way you do, you can finally create habits, routines, and results that last.
Whipped Wellness is the space where we ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, tune back into who we’re becoming, and build health from the inside out — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Amélie Mclean is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and graduate of the leading school for sustainable living and alternative medicine, Pacific Rim College. She is also a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher and a registered prenatal yoga instructor, with a specialized focus in women’s health, fertility, cycle syncing, and hormone regulation.
Her approach is deeply evidence-based and rooted in helping women understand their bodies so they can feel empowered, not overwhelmed, by their nutrition choices. Amélie blends science-backed guidance with a grounded, holistic lens, supporting women with goals such as regulating cycles, building muscle, improving energy, managing autoimmune conditions, supporting fertility, balancing blood sugar, improving sleep, reducing stress, and repairing their metabolism.
Above all, her work is guided by one intention: to help educate and empower women to feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. She believes that nourished looks different for everybody. Through sustainable habits, personalized guidance, and practical education, Amélie helps women create nutrition routines that feel supportive, balanced, and aligned with their unique needs and phase of life.
